UNIRISC Home Inspection Warranty Program
The UNIRISC Home Inspection Warranty Program can assist you in selling your services to prospective clients, give your customers added peace of mind and provide a layer of protection for you, the home inspector.
When you include our 90 day warranty with your inspection, all parties are protected for up to $10,000 on the home's major systems and roof leak repair. Coverage for the home buyer begins on the date of the inspection and continues for 90 days. If the home does not close within that period, coverage is extended for an additional 30 days. Your customer will also have the opportunity to extend coverage, at their cost, for a full 12 months.
When you enroll a home in our 90 day warranty program, your customer will receive a letter welcoming them to the program, along with the terms and conditions of this service agreement and instructions on how to file a claim. We arrange for qualified service professionals and ensure the work has been completed to your customer's satisfaction!
To get started in the UNIRISC Home Inspection Warranty Program, simply complete the enrollment form and forward to UNIRISC. There is a one time application fee of $79 plus an annual membership fee of $100 per inspection firm. However, if your firm sells at least 50 warranties per year UNIRISC will waive the annual fee!
