Insurance For Movers

UNIRISC has developed an international insurance program designed specifically for movers and forwarders.

This enables you to provide your shippers with a package that includes, certificate of insurance and a claim form with
instructions on how to file a claim. All claims are filed directly with
us and we arrange for restoration or replacement on a world wide basis.

In addition to the basic coverage our plan covers the following:

Vehicles covered up to book value
Pairs and sets losses
Acts of God
Moth or insect damage
Mold and mildew damage
Loss of value for antiques
Mechanical/electrical derangement
... as well as 6 months storage in transit for no additional charge

Our centralized claims service is included in the insured program, which provides superior and objective claims handling by our experienced claims analysists.

We also provide comprehensive quarterly reports to assist in the monitoring of your moves. These reports classify the different types of damage to help you determine where improvements can be made.
